LEON App, Rewards and Discounts

What is the LEON app?

The LEON app is called LEON Club: Order & Loyalty. It lets you order ahead for pick-up, re-order recent meals and earn loyalty points. It does not deliver: every order is eat in or takeaway.

How do LEON rewards work?

You earn 100 points for every £1 you spend. At 3000 points, which takes £30 of spending, you get one menu item of your choice free. The reward goes on the most expensive eligible item in your order.

LEON's terms put it plainly: "3000 points does not entitle you to £30 of free LEON!" A reward can cover a regular meal deal up to £12 at participating restaurants.

What can't you get with a reward?

Large meal deals, breakfast bundles and Sando meal deals are excluded. So are the 10-piece GFC Crispy Chicken Nuggets and Honey Sriracha GFC Chicken Nuggets (dish and meal deal) and the Salmon Smörgås-Box.

Where do points count?

Points are only earned on orders made with your LEON Club account in the app, on the website or at a self-order kiosk. You earn nothing at a staffed till, on gift card purchases or on Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat orders. Points cannot be added later.

Several motorway and station restaurants do not take part, including Strensham, Norton Canes, Northampton, Watford Gap, Paddington Station and Leeds Station. You must be 18 or over and in the UK. Points have no cash value, and you cannot use points and a discount code on the same order.

What do new LEON Club members get?

After your first app purchase as a new member, LEON sends a code for one portion of Regular LEON Baked Fries. You can use it after 11am, in the app only.

The LEON Club newsletter is a separate sign-up. New subscribers get a 30% off voucher for their next app order, worth up to £10 and valid for 30 days. You must be 18 or over. See the LEON fries menu for what the free portion is.

Does LEON have a student discount?

Yes. Students get 15% off at LEON. There are three ways to claim it, and each has different rules.

LEON says some franchise locations may be excluded, so check before you order.

Is there an NHS or Blue Light discount at LEON?

Emergency services get 15% off at LEON with a code from staff and official emergency services ID. LEON says it is not part of the Blue Light Card scheme.

You can redeem the code at the till, in the app, online or at a kiosk. It does not apply to meal deals or kids' meals. We found no current standalone NHS discount. LEON's terms do not say whether NHS staff count as emergency services, so ask in store.

How do LEON gift cards work?

LEON gift cards cost £5 to £100 at gifts.leon.co and arrive by email or post. They last 12 months and only work at digital kiosks, in the LEON Club app or at leon.co/smartorder.

• Values: £5, £10, £15, £20, £25, £30, £40, £50 or £100.
• Use the card in full or as part payment. It cannot be swapped for cash.
• Any balance left after 12 months is lost. Check it at gifts.leon.co/balance.
• Buying a gift card earns no loyalty points.
• Several station, airport and motorway restaurants do not accept gift cards, and LEON's lists differ, so check before you buy.
• Older physical cards and Bond Cards may no longer be accepted. Email LEON if you have one.

Which LEON rewards and offers have ended?

Roast Rewards, LEON's coffee subscription, ended on 31 Dec 2025. Paper loyalty stamp cards are no longer issued or accepted. The app's points scheme still runs.
