How to Order LEON: Delivery, Takeaway and Click and Collect

Does LEON deliver?

No. LEON's own terms say "We do not deliver orders." LEON delivery runs through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat, which LEON links from its delivery page.

LEON's delivery page also links Feedr, but that link now lands on a generic Feedr page that does not mention LEON. Not every LEON restaurant is on every app. These are the live listings we found on 12 Oct 2026:

Which restaurants deliver?

Live Deliveroo menus include Bankside, Birmingham, Bluewater, Hanover Square, Horseferry Road, Jubilee Place, Ludgate Circus, Moorgate, More London Place, Pancras Square, Regent Street, Southbank Place, Southwark Street and Strand. Older Deliveroo store links, such as Hammersmith or Brighton, no longer open a menu. Check our LEON locations guide for current restaurants.

Can you schedule a delivery?

Uber Eats says you can schedule LEON delivery for a future date and time. Delivery fees depend on your address and the time, so check the fee in the app before you pay.

Can you order LEON for collection?

Yes. You can order ahead in the LEON Club app or on the web at leon.co/smartorder, then collect. 28 restaurants were listed for click and collect on 12 Oct 2026. In store, self-order kiosks let you skip the till.

You need a LEON Club account to order in the app or online. The LEON app guide explains the account and the points you earn.

1. Open the LEON Club app or go to leon.co/smartorder and sign in.
2. Pick your restaurant, then choose eat in or takeaway. LEON says some prices can vary between the two.
3. Add your items. Breakfast runs until 11am, then the All Day menu starts.
4. Choose a target time for your food to be ready, including ASAP.
5. Pay in the app or online.
6. At the restaurant, go to the "Collect Here" counter with LEON Club signage and show your order number if needed.

Which restaurants take click and collect orders?

Most are in London, including Bankside, Cannon Street, King's Cross Station, Euston Station, Pancras Square, Regent Street, Canary Wharf (Jubilee Place) and Battersea. Outside London the list includes Heathrow T2, Bluewater, Stansted Airport, Eurotunnel (Folkestone), Birmingham New Street, Roadchef Maidstone and Roadchef Sedgemoor.

Many motorway and some station restaurants are excluded in LEON's terms, including Strensham, Norton Canes, Northampton, Watford Gap, Paddington Station and Leeds Station. If a restaurant is missing from the ordering list, LEON says click and collect is not available there yet.

What meal deals are on LEON delivery?

LEON Bankside's Deliveroo and Uber Eats menus list a Grilled Wrap Meal Deal and a Burger Meal Deal at £11.75 each. Neither appears on leon.co, so treat them as delivery-app items.

Prices are from LEON Bankside, checked 12 Oct 2026. Other restaurants may differ. In store, LEON's official deal is the £5.99 Breakfast Muffin Meal Deal, listed under LEON meal deals.

Are LEON delivery prices higher than in store?

LEON publishes no current comparison, so we cannot say by how much. Our menu prices come from the LEON Bankside Deliveroo menu, checked 11 Oct 2026, and can differ from the till.

LEON does not publish item prices on its own website, which is why we use the Deliveroo Bankside menu. Read them as delivery prices. You can compare every item on our LEON menu with prices.

An old LEON office delivery page said its pricing matched the restaurant and was "15% cheaper than you'll find on aggregator platforms". That service has closed, so do not rely on the 15% figure today.

Does LEON do catering?

Yes. LEON's catering range, LEON Loves Catering, is sold on Just Eat for Business. It covers breakfast and dinner platters, lunch bundles and sharing salads for group orders.

On 12 Oct 2026 the Just Eat for Business vendor page showed 4.2 stars from 478 reviews. Example items: Better Burger Lunch Bundle £11.48 and Chicken Rice Box Lunch Bundle £14.39. The page defaults to a "Russell Square" location, which is not on LEON's restaurant list. We could not confirm what that label means.

For a group order you collect yourself, LEON's corporate page says orders under £100 go through Smart Order, and larger orders need an email to your local LEON with notice. The page looks old and its tiers overlap, so confirm the details with the restaurant. LEON's Canary Wharf office delivery service, Feed Your Team, is closed.

How do you pay for a LEON order?

In the app and online, LEON accepts American Express, Diners, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard and Visa. You pay when you order.

• Gift cards and discount codes work in the app and online.
• You cannot use loyalty points and a discount on the same order.
• Some LEON restaurants are cashless.
• Orders through delivery apps earn no LEON Club points.
